Wild Plants – Identification, History and Uses

Saturday 10th June 10am – 4pm
This workshop will introduce you to an exciting group of wild plants and flowers and their role in nature and in the garden.
Throughout the day, there will be activities for creatively exploring, discovering and experiencing these plants. It will be an opportunity to find, identify and enjoy them in detail, as unique characters and also as companions within a natural community. Working individually and as a group, participants will learn about their histories, their medicinal properties, their culinary uses and their role as main players within a sustainable garden.
The cost for the day is £45 per WFGA member, £55 per non-member which includes refreshments.
