Online – A Blaze of Glory: Making Your Garden Colourful in the Autumn (Rescheduled date) – SOLD OUT

Price range: £15.00 through £25.00

Description

**This Talk was originally to take place in autumn 2025 but has been re-scheduled to 29th January 2026 – all attendees were notified**

Your inspirational Tutor for this talk is Timothy Walker – lecturer, botanist, gardener, presenter and author. Until 2014 he was the Horti Praefectus of the Oxford Botanic Garden. Since then he has been a senior College lecturer in Plant Biology at Somerville College Oxford.

This talk aims to show how to have colour in your garden right through the autumn until the first frosts. It looks at all the ways that different flowers, foliage, and fruit from around the world can make the garden look clean and fresh right to the end of November. It includes how the autumn borders at Oxford Botanic Garden were conceived and constructed and it finishes with a look at autumn colour in a small garden belonging to Timothy’s wife.

Timothy is a fantastic Tutor and we have received a great deal of enthusiast feedback following his previous Workshops.
