Would you like to know how to draw a garden plan? Do you already draw but you would like some tips and advice how to make your drawings look more effective?
This introductory zoom seminar will explain the various types of drawings used by garden designers, the materials you will need, and then guide you through a basic process of creating your own hand-drawings with examples of how to add texture, colour and shadow to add realism that will bring your finished plans to life.
All attendees will receive a PDF version of the presentation with some additional handouts and there will be time for questions and discussion at the end of the zoom session.
Jo spent many years working in architectural design, both on the drawing board and in computer-aided design, before ‘escaping’ the drawing office to work in the great outdoors. After qualifying in garden design, floristry and RHS horticulture, she completed her WRAGS placement at Kelmarsh Hall in 2016 and started her own successful gardening business.
