Now recognised as one of the UK’s leading plantsmen nurseries, Hardy’s Cottage Garden Plants was founded by Rosy Hardy in 1988. A small independent nursery based in the beautiful Hampshire village of Freefolk near Whitchurch, stocking over 1200 varieties of home produced herbaceous perennials which are grown outdoors in peat free compost. Acknowledged as the most successful female exhibitor at Chelsea with 24 Gold Medals to her credit, Rosy Hardy built her first display at the show back in 1992. Rosy Hardy will give a tour and talk with all participants receiving a copy of her book ’25 years at Chelsea’.
The cost of this visit is £27 for members and £30 non-members which includes the tour, book and refreshments.
